Statement from the Director
My goal as a psychologist is to see each of my clients lead a happy and healthy life. I am firmly committed to working closely with all clients to help them achieve long-lasting change by using efficient, effective, and empirically-supported psychological treatments.
I believe strongly in a person’s capacity for change, and I use a collaborative approach with my clients to help them reach their short- and long-term goals. I practice cognitive-behavioral therapy, which is a short-term, present-oriented treatment focused on developing new, healthier coping skills. Within each therapy session, we target the problematic thoughts, behavioral patterns, and emotions that are keeping you stuck and unhappy.

Keep It Off
The 16-week Keep It Off weight management program was developed by Dr. Rene Zweig for overweight and obese men and women. This program incorporates cognitive, behavioral, acceptance, and emotion regulation techniques for long-lasting behavioral change. Individuals learn the necessary skills to stop emotional eating, prevent binges, increase physical activity, sustain motivation, challenge self-sabotaging thoughts, cope better with cravings, and achieve lasting weight loss. Like all cognitive-behavioral therapy, this program will be tailored to meet your individual needs and weight loss goals.
